Return Window
You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Returns
- You received the wrong book, edition, or item due to our error
- The item arrived damaged or defective
Not Eligible for Return
- Change of mind after purchase
- Books or items with torn, written-on, or damaged pages
- Items returned after the 5-day window
- Items not in their original, sellable condition
How to Request a Return
Contact us on WhatsApp or call 0327-880-3238 within 5 days of delivery, with your order details and a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect). We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, and it meets the conditions above, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, as agreed with you.
