Student Ability Profile is Allied School Nursery’s official Term 1 performance report, published by LSI (Learning Support International). It’s a structured scorecard the class teacher fills in, not a textbook.
What’s Inside
The Term 1 report scores each child on two Key Learning Areas, each out of 32, on a 4-point scale (All of the time / Most of the time / Some of the time / Not yet):
Personal, Social and Emotional Development
- Settles happily into the class
- Shows concern for others and is sensitive to their needs
- Follows the rules set in the class
- Can introduce him/herself
- Enjoys a positive relationship with the class teacher
- Is willing to share resources during activities
- Can recite First Kalma
- Can recite Surah Ikhlas
English Language and Literacy
- Enjoys stories and poems
- Is aware that speaking and listening is a two-way process
- Can use language and vocabulary to describe and ask questions
- Differentiates between upper and lower case letters
- Is able to form letters correctly
- Is aware of double-letter sounds, e.g. ff and ll
- Can blend and read three-letter words
- Identifies initial, middle and ending sounds in a word
