The Smart School’s official Class 5 Islamiat textbook, published by Ideal Furnishers and aligned with the Single National Curriculum 2020, is organised into seven babs (units) covering Quran, Hadith, faith, worship, Seerat and moral education.
Bab 1: Quran Majeed o Hadith-e-Nabvi (PBUH) (Page 4) — Nazra Quran Majeed (Para 19 to 30), Hifz-e-Quran Majeed (Hifz-ut-Takbeer, Surah Al-Feel, Surah Quraish), Hifz o Tarjuma of Kalimat-e-Tayyibat (Surah Al-Fatiha, Attahiyat, Durood Ibrahimi, Dua-e-Qunoot), Hadith-e-Nabvi (PBUH), and everyday duas.
Bab 2: Emaniyat o Ibadaat (Page 12) — Aqeeda-e-Aakhirat (belief in the Hereafter) and Khatm-e-Nabuwwat aur Ita’at-e-Rasool (PBUH); worship topics cover Zakat, the merit of Jummah Mubarak, and Eidain (Eid-ul-Fitr and Eid-ul-Adha).
Bab 3: Seerat-e-Tayyaba (PBUH) (Page 31) — Meraj-un-Nabi (PBUH), Bait-e-Aqaba Oola o Sania, Hijrat-e-Madina, Muakhaat-e-Madina, the construction and merit of Masjid-e-Nabvi (PBUH), Misaq-e-Madina, and the Ghazwat-e-Nabvi (PBUH). A common source for Seerat un Nabi class 5 lessons.
Bab 4: Akhlaq o Adaab (Page 63) — Rawadari (tolerance), Afu o Darguzar aur Narm Dili (forgiveness and gentleness), and Kifayat Shiari (thriftiness).
Bab 5: Husn-e-Muamlaat o Muashrat (Page 74) — Eefa-e-Ahad (keeping promises), Islami Ukhuwwat (Islamic brotherhood), and avoiding bad habits like Chughal Khori (backbiting).
Bab 6: Hidayat ke Sarchashme aur Mashahir-e-Islam (Page 84) — short lessons on Hazrat Dawood (AS), Hazrat Isa Ibn-e-Maryam (AS), Hazrat Ali Al-Murtaza (RA), and the Sufia-e-Kiram.
Bab 7: Islami Taleemat aur Asr-e-Hazir ke Taqaze (Page 99) — precautions against accidents, and the importance of plants and trees, followed by a Farhang (glossary of difficult words) at Page 106.
